4.     Friday              GRAND CAYMAN COCONUT CREAM PIE – The Wharf Restaurant on Grand Cayman makes a deadly coconut cream pie spiked with coconut rum. Here’s our version.

10.   Thursday          WHITE CHOCOLATE OREO – White chocolate ice cream with Oreos

11.   Friday              VANILLA MALT – Just like the old soda shops.

13.   Sunday             DULCE DE LECHE – Caramel ice cream with big chucks of caramel candy.
